About Crushed Whelk Shells - Super Crush 1kg

Made from crushed whelk shells, our Super Crush will give your plants that extra look we love. These seashells will give your plants extra nutrients, meaning you'll see a new leaf sooner!

When you are ready to repot your new plant pal, you can add a shell layer at the bottom to help with drainage, or add some to the top to help the soil keep moist. Plus, once the sun hits those white shells, it gives a bright look to your leafy friends.

Shell on Earth is an independent company from West Wales. Over 5,000 tonnes of waste shells come from the UK fishing industry, and their aim is to create a circular economy and reuse 100% of whelks.
