How easy are plants to care for?

As easy as you like! At Prickle, we have a collection of unkillable plants for the beginner, and our set of diva’s for those who want a challenge! 

With our helpful guides and our community, you’ll be ready to handle your own diva in no time!

My plant looks sad, what should I do?

You’ve come to the right place, send us a message on our social media @prickleplantsuk and we will help you get out of this prickly situation.

Are plants pet and child friendly?

We’ve got a whole collection of pet-friendly house plants that won’t hurt kids or pets! 

I'm a serial plant killer, can anyone really own houseplants?

Welcome to the community of ex-plant killers. We have been in your shoes, we have killed a few (ok, a lot) of plants in our time before offering the highest quality plants we can find. We all started somewhere!

Luckily, here at Prickle, we will help you every stage of the way. From picking the right plant to suit your home and life, to caring for your new leafy friend, and helping when its looking sad. You’ll find our helpful plant guides to know the 1, 2, 3 on caring for your prickly friend, and we are always here for questions, find us @prickleplantsuk.

What about delivery, how do you get my plant to me?

You can order online and we will deliver your plant to your front door. We deliver nationwide throughout the UK, with no exceptions! 

Once placed, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days - so no Saturdays or Sundays, that's our time to rest and look after our plants! You’ll receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, and then one when your prickly pals have been dispatched. Our standard delivery takes 2-4 days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery will be dispatched in 1-2 business days and takes 2-4 days to deliver. We will give you tracking information so you can see where your new plant has been, and when it will arrive.

If your order is taking longer than expected, message us and we will find out what is happening, so you can get your plant as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my plants?

You can get free standard delivery on all orders over £50! 

Our standard delivery costs £3.00.

I’ve got an issue with my delivery

Don’t worry, we are here to help. Live chat or email us your order number and we will get this fixed. 

If your order is running late, we can see why and get it moving, and if there is something missing from your order we will find out where it is.

Oops, I’ve put the wrong address

Who hasn’t placed an order online, only to see it’s being delivered to the wrong address? Email or live chat with us as soon as possible and we will fix it.

If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we can’t change it.

How can I pay?

We take almost everything, except magic beans. 

You can make a secure payment with a debit or credit card, as well as quick payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, Klarna.

Is there a minimum spend?

Nope, you can spend what you like. We do have free delivery on all orders over £50 though.

I want to change/cancel my order

Email or live chat with us as soon as you change your mind, and our customer service team will help you out. Sometimes it’s too late to change an order, if that happens we will see how else we can help.

My order has arrived and I’m not loving it, what do I do?

Not to worry, if your order has been delivered and its damaged we will help - email or live chat with us and send us photos of what the issue is for us to fix it.

If your prickles have arrived and you don’t love them, message us within 7 days of delivery and we can help you return your plants. You can find out more information here.

Do you do any discounts?

The best way to find out about any discounts is to sign up to our newsletter, our community is the first to know about any fun events we are doing.

My Prickle plant looks different to what I ordered

Each plant is individual, and while we try our hardest to make sure our photos show what our plants look like, during the winter months they might look a little different.

If you want to check, message us @prickleplantsuk and we will help.

Why does my order have a status?

No, your new plant isn’t on Facebook telling its family that it's living its best life. Your order status has three options:

Unfulfilled - you’ve placed it, and we are getting ready to pick it

Progress - someone at Prickle is picking your plant as we speak

Fulfilled - your leafy pal is on its way to you

Do you work with influencers?
